얼마야? 계정·데이터 삭제 안내
얼마야? 앱의 계정과 저장된 데이터를 지우는 방법입니다.
앱에서 지우기
- 앱을 열고 정산 목록 화면으로 갑니다
- 오른쪽 위 계정 아이콘(사람 모양)을 누릅니다
- 계정 삭제를 누릅니다
- 지워질 정산 건수를 확인하고 진행합니다
처리는 즉시 이루어지며 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
무엇이 지워지나
계정을 지우면 아래가 전부 사라집니다.
- 만든 모든 정산 — 모임 이름, 기간, 통화, 환율
- 정산 안의 참가자 — 이름, 전화번호, 선입금, 입금 확인 기록
- 정산 안의 지출 내역 전부
- 영수증 사진 원본과 판독 결과. 지운 뒤에는 예전에 공유한 영수증 링크도 열리지 않습니다
- 내 사람들 — 저장해 둔 이름·전화번호 목록
- 내 정보 — 표시 이름, 전화번호
- 판독 사용량 기록
- 인증 계정 자체(익명 계정 또는 연동한 Apple·Google 계정 연결)
정산 하나만 지우고 싶다면 목록에서 그 정산을 밀거나 휴지통 아이콘을 누르면 됩니다. 그 정산의 참가자·지출·영수증 사진이 함께 지워집니다.
남는 것
- 오류 기록(앱이 비정상 종료했을 때 남는 기기 모델·OS·오류 위치)은 개인을 식별하지 않는 형태로 Firebase Crashlytics 정책에 따라 최대 90일 보관된 뒤 자동 삭제됩니다
그 밖에 남는 개인정보는 없습니다.
앱을 이미 지웠다면
앱을 지워도 서버의 데이터는 남아 있습니다. 아래로 요청하시면 확인 후 처리합니다.

- 본인 확인을 위해 앱에서 쓰던 Apple·Google 계정 이메일을 알려 주세요. 익명 계정만 쓰셨다면 계정을 특정할 방법이 없어 처리해 드리기 어렵습니다
요청을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.

How Much? — Deleting your account and data
How to delete your How Much? account and everything stored with it.
Deleting from the app
- Open the app and go to the settlement list
- Tap the account icon at the top right
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm after checking how many settlements will be removed
This happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes all of the following.
- Every settlement you created — name, dates, currency, exchange rates
- The participants in them — names, phone numbers, prepaid amounts, payment confirmations
- All expense records in them
- Original receipt images and the text read from them. Previously shared receipt links stop working
- Saved people — the names and phone numbers you kept for reuse
- Your profile — display name and phone number
- Receipt scan usage records
- The authentication account itself (the anonymous account, and any linked Apple or Google sign-in)
To remove a single settlement instead, swipe it in the list or tap its delete icon. Its participants, expenses and receipt images go with it.
What remains
- Crash reports (device model, OS version and crash location recorded when the app terminates abnormally) are kept in a form that does not identify you, for up to 90 days under Firebase Crashlytics' policy, then deleted automatically
Nothing else is retained.
If you already uninstalled the app
Uninstalling does not remove data from the server. Write to us and we will handle it after verification.

- Tell us the Apple or Google account email you used in the app so we can identify it. If you only ever used the anonymous account, there is no way for us to identify which account is yours
We act within 10 days of receiving the request and confirm the outcome.
